Reporting to: Managing Director
As Strategy Director, you'll have one clear ambition: to make TSA an indispensable strategic partner to our clients. Joining our leadership team and reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll set the standard for strategic thinking across the agency. You'll work closely with senior clients to understand their biggest business, brand and marketing challenges, uncovering the insights and opportunities that lead to brilliant social and creator-led solutions. You'll partner with our Creative and Creator teams to turn strategy into ambitious, culturally relevant work that connects with audiences and delivers meaningful results. But this role goes well beyond client strategy. You'll have the opportunity to build and grow TSA's Strategy function, develop our paid media offering, champion smarter use of AI and data, and create new services and intellectual property that differentiate us in the market. You'll also play a key role in new business, thought leadership and the agency's continued growth.
You're an accomplished strategist who understands that brilliant social thinking starts with understanding people, culture and business challenges. You can see the bigger picture, but you also know the detail of how social platforms, creators and paid media work together. You're equally comfortable presenting to senior brand leaders, challenging a creative brief, analysing campaign effectiveness or helping a team develop a stronger strategic approach. And you're excited by the opportunity to build something, not simply inherit an established function. You'll also bring:
You don't just understand what's happening on social. You understand why it matters to a brand and its business. You're comfortable challenging assumptions, bringing clarity to complexity and inspiring creative teams to do their best work. Most importantly, you want to help build an agency known not just for great execution, but for exceptional strategic thinking.
This is more than a senior strategy position. Shape the strategic direction of a growing agency, influence work for world-leading consumer brands and build a function central to TSA's future. With a seat at the leadership table, creative freedom and the backing of an internat
