Job summary

Fifth Ring in Aberdeen, Glasgow or Edinburgh is seeking a Strategy & Creative Service Lead to unite strategic thinking, creative excellence and leadership across client work. You will guide teams to translate complex business objectives into compelling marketing strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.

You will mentor colleagues, shape propositions and pitches, and help drive new business opportunities while collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic marketing, brand strategy or agency leadership.
• Strong creative thinking combined with commercial awareness.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and influencing client decisions.
• Track record of developing successful B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strategic marketing and brand recommendations for clients.
• Drive creative excellence across campaigns, content and integrated marketing programmes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
