Responsibilities
- Strategic planning - Responsible for strategically planning and delivering the next phase of our client and user experience evolution, leveraging digital, data and AI solutions to drive greater personalisation value in our servicing model, or deliver business process efficiency.
- Problem‑solving / solution‑oriented: Identification of optimisation opportunities and the shaping of the solution and its delivery.
- Strategic execution - Lead or oversee prioritisation of initiatives, alongside execution as required, managing operating model change implications.
- Stakeholder management / influencing - Collaborate with segment Executive owners and their teams alongside central capabilities (digital, data, change and others as needed) to identify strategically aligned opportunities to optimise client experiences or unlock business value through internal efficiency.
- Client centricity - Working collaboratively, you will spearhead initiatives from ideation to execution, guiding strategic decisions to ensure both business goals and client needs are met.
- Preparing presentations - Develop business cases and related documents for Board and Executive strategic discussions including supporting content development for internal and external presentations as required.

Qualifications
- The role requires someone with the ability to apply critical thinking to complex problems to determine new or enhance existing solutions across operating model applications.
- Proven experience in implementing strategies leveraging digital, data or AI solutions to enhance client journeys, drive engagement or make business process / efficiency improvements.
- Proven experience managing projects from ideation through to successful execution.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Experience in leading teams and delivering in a matrix model through teams you do not have direct line‑management responsibility for. You collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and local teams to deliver meaningful results.
- Must have financial services experience along with implementing digital strategies for client experience improvement or an operational background.
- Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment that requires someone who is both adaptable and a self‑starter with the ability to learn quickly.
- Comfortable to work independently, taking full ownership of assigned deliverables as well as managing a project team.
- This role is future‑focused and it is critical you can demonstrate clear vision, be comfortable with ambiguity and work with agility to adapt to new priorities as needed.
