The role

The Strategy & Finance Associate will be based primarily within the Component Engineering Division and will work closely with the Business Operations Director and the Director for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support the execution of the strategic vision.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with 1‑2 years of experience, ideally from a consulting background, who is eager to apply their analytical skills in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

The position will combine several aspects of business management, with a primary focus on:

• Financial modelling and analysis
• Pricing analysis and support
• Customer‑facing documentation and proposals
• Coordination of internal strategic projects

As a hands‑on contributor, you will support leadership in financial planning, strategic analysis, and operational excellence. Essential

• 1‑2 years of post‑university experience, ideally in strategy, management consulting, or corporate finance
• An undergraduate degree 2:1 or above from a top university
• Highly numerate with strong Excel skills and comfort with financial modelling
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to create clear, professional documentation
• Organised, proactive, and outcome‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

Desirable

• Experience with Power BI and / or other BI tools
