About the Role

This role sits within the UK Delivery Growth organization and calls for a combination of deep analytical know-how, ability to surface actionable consumer insights, operational experience, as well as excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who will play a leading role in defining our growth strategy for Uber Eats UK. For a tenacious truth‑seeker, who is excited to understand what makes users loyal to Uber Eat's and drive action to reward our most valuable users - this is the role for you.

What the Candidate Will Do
  • Influence UK strategy: Build insights to advocate for the consumer and guide local teams to implement a truly user‑centric strategy for platform growth.
  • Recommend the ideal budget allocation for multiple teams including Global CRM, Product, Performance Marketing, and or Membership.
  • Provide insights to the Operations team, and the broader UKI Uber Eats Leadership team - around consumer insights, operational performance, demand generation metrics, budget deployment and ROI analysis.
  • Topics will include drivers and barriers for users to become loyal to Uber Eats, Affordability, cross selling strategy, and selection strategy.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor or advanced degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Econometrics, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience within a similar position, having managed senior stakeholders and demonstrated an ability to adapt to a fast‑moving working environment
  • Robust data analytics and technical skills:
  • Advanced spreadsheet modeling and data visualization (e.g. dashboarding, Google Data Studio, Tableau)
  • Intermediate/Advanced SQL - build complex tables & queries. Minimum 2 years of experience using SQL for data analysis in a professional environment
  • Intermediate Python. Minimum 1 year of experience using Python for data analysis and automation.
  • First‑hand experience with statistical analysis and experimentation techniques
  • Clear Communicator. You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the important points, and turn that into action items.
  • Explorer. The ability to self‑start, investigate and get the required data, along with learning how to use new tools, will make you much more effective in this role. You enjoy being a self‑starter with a proactive attitude.
