Job summary

GradBay is seeking a Strategy Analyst Graduate in a hybrid London/Nottingham role. You will start by delivering meaningful analytical work early in your career, examining customer, commercial and market data, and turning findings into actionable recommendations that improve products and services.

You’ll rotate across strategy teams, develop coding and data-handling capabilities, and contribute to decisions around customer engagement and risk management. No strict degree requirements apply.

Qualifications

Job description

• Location: London or Nottingham – hybrid working
• Start date: To be confirmed
• Programme length: Two years
• Sponsorship: Available for eligible candidates currently studying in the UK or with unrestricted full-time UK working rights through another visa route

• A graduate who completed their undergraduate, Master’s or PhD studies within the previous 12 months
