A dynamic marketing agency in Chelmsford is looking for a passionate strategist to help build brands through retail. You'll lead projects like the development of the 'Retailer Marketing Bible' intelligence tool and work closely with the Strategy Directors across various brands. Ideal candidates have at least one year of agency experience, strong presentation and research skills, and a deep understanding of social media. A positive, action-oriented attitude is essential for success in this vibrant team environment.
We can work within an existing strategy or framework or we can create you something from scratch. We begin by looking at the most important thing, the experience of the end user or target demographic. Who are we looking for with your campaign? What would get them excited about your brand?
Once we know the demographic we have to reach we reverse engineer and formulate a strategy that will allow us to speak to your audience in the most compelling, engaging way possible.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about building brands through retail and who can think both commercial and brand.
You will be working on outputs that help brands win at retail which will include retail toolkits, brand world strategy, events, commercial sell, route to market, decision journeys and media plans, retail partnerships, new tech solutions, new product innovation launches and more.
Main project:
You will also lead the development of our 'Retailer Marketing Bible' intelligence tool, a unique and key component of winning at retail. A new app/book designed for our clients use to document their marketing successes.
Day to Day Responsibilities?
You will receive coaching, mentoring and training as required to help develop your expertise. Working within a strategy team with diverse skills sets you will find further opportunity to learn and develop working within the team. Of course others will want to learn from you as well being the rockstar you are!
