  • Contribute to the overall BT Strategic Workforce Planning roadmap to improve the maturity, accuracy and effectiveness of our approach.
  • Lead the scoping and design of BT's strategic workforce management tooling roadmap, working closely with partners in Digital.
  • Conduct regular market scanning and benchmarking to ensure internal practices remain current.
  • Develop and deliver workforce data and insights to inform BT's People Strategy and support key decision‑making.
  • Develop and enhance the BT Strategic Workforce Planning playbook.

  • Build relationships, influence others, and convey information clearly.
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, building trust and alignment.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience across the strategic workforce planning lifecycle is desirable, including forecasting future workforce needs, conducting gap analysis, and developing actionable talent plans.
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Experience developing data models and visualisations (e.g., Power BI, Anaplan) preferred.
