Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a professional related subject or equivalent level of practical experience within Human Resources.
• Understanding of employment policy and procedures and application of employment law.
• Experience of working in a generalist Human Resources role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Workforce Policy and Governance Lead to implement effective workforce policies.
• Provide expert advice to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
• Line manage a Corporate Business Support Assistant.
