Job summary

Animal Trust is expanding its Talent Team and seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and recruit top veterinary talent, supporting growth and pets and owners.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage the ATS and help grow the central locum bank across the practice network, including onboarding and compliance.

This role is based at Warrington Hospital with some travel to sites and events; requires strong communication and not-for-profit alignment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, resourcing or a similar people-focused role.
  • Ability to review CVs and applications and screen candidates.
  • Strong telephone and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activity for clinical and non-clinical vacancies across Animal Trust.
  • Review applications and CVs against role requirements and identify suitable candidates.
  • Manage and maintain the ATS.
  • Conduct structured telephone screening calls.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Support the growth and management of the central locum bank.
  • Onboard new locums and ensure compliance information is complete.
