Responsibilities

• Oversee and cultivate relationships with recognised Trade Unions to encourage positive industrial relations and collaboration.
• Advise senior managers on collective employment relations and risks.
• Lead collective consultation processes related to restructures and workforce changes.
• Assist in negotiations with Trade Unions on employment policies and collective agreements.
• Identify and address industrial relations risks and disputes.
• Manage Trade Union officials to ensure effective performance.
