Job summary

Northern LGPS is seeking a Treasury & Cash Management Manager to lead treasury and cash operations, ensuring liquidity across funds, accurate forecasting, and robust controls. You will own cash forecasting by fund and currency, manage payment controls and custody interactions.

Based in Bradford, Manchester or Liverpool, the role offers flexible and hybrid working and a chance to shape the future operating model for the FCA-authorised investment management company.

Qualifications

• Essential: FCA-regulated financial services experience.
• Essential: multi-entity, multi-currency cash forecasting.
• Essential: experience in a payment control environment.
• Desirable: collateral and margin management; FX hedging experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury and cash operations for Northern LGPS, ensuring proper controls and auditable records.
• Own portfolio- and consolidated-cash forecasting by fund and currency.
• Monitor liquidity against policy limits and report variances.
• Manage cash movements, payments, and bank relationships with delegated authority.
• Oversee FX execution, collateral schedules and private markets funding activities.
• Provide Treasury & Cash Management reporting to senior committees.
