Job summary

Citi London is seeking a Client Advisor (SVP) to lead engagements across the UK, Europe and beyond, advising senior treasury and finance executives. You will shape advisory strategy, develop thought leadership and influence product directions while collaborating with global teams.

The role requires exceptional communication and stakeholder management, with a hybrid working model and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in corporate treasury, treasury consulting or treasury advisory within a financial institution.
• Demonstrated expertise in treasury operations, liquidity management, working capital, cash forecasting, payments and financing strategies.
• Experience leading transformation, digitalization and operating model change initiatives across treasury and finance functions.
• Strong understanding of corporate treasury, banking solutions, capital markets and finance technology ecosystems.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and advise senior executives and decision-makers.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, including development of thought leadership content.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a commercial and strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury and working capital advisory engagements with strategic recommendations.
• Develop and deliver thought leadership on treasury transformation, liquidity management, payments, and AI-driven innovation.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients, identifying performance improvements and best-practice operating models.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Banking and Markets to originate opportunities and support growth across Citi Services.
• Provide client insights that influence Citi product strategy, solution design and competitive positioning.
• Advise clients on treasury structures, financing strategies, cash management and operating in regulated and emerging markets.
• Create executive-level presentations, advisory reports and client narratives for senior stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to global advisory initiatives and mentor colleagues through collaboration and subject matter expertise.
