To lead and effectively manage the council’s Strategic Transportation team, you will help to manage and improve Oldham’s transport network by providing knowledgeable technical input and advice in support of the council’s Transport Strategy, working with internal highways colleagues on the commissioning of the Highways Capital Programme and provide the key liaison between the council and Transport for Greater Manchester.
