Job summary

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking a proactive professional to help develop our place-based pipeline of transport projects. You will support project teams, draft business case sections, and coordinate approvals to maximise value within funding periods.

You will engage across the organisation, prepare briefings for Cabinet members and the Metro Mayor, and assist in external communications in partnership with Strategic Communications and Public Affairs.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of major transport projects and the associated business cases.
• Draft sections of business cases and commission targeted work such as economic appraisals.
• Steer projects through local and national government approvals processes.
• Coordinate external communications and provide briefings for Cabinet members and key stakeholders.
