Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programmes within telecoms/tech.
• Proven governance, reporting and benefits realisation expertise.
• Experience managing budgets and business cases with stakeholders.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and executive forums.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining transformation roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
• Establishing governance, controls and reporting frameworks.
• Leading cross-functional programmes with multiple interdependent workstreams.
• Managing programme risks, issues, dependencies and decision-making processes.
• Driving stakeholder engagement across senior leadership teams and executive forums.
• Overseeing supplier and partner performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensuring robust financial management, budget control and benefits realisation.
• Providing clear programme visibility and performance reporting to executive stakeholders.
• Creating alignment across operational, technology and business teams.
• Supporting organisational change and embedding sustainable transformation outcomes.
