Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Associate in the ISG Management, Business Solutions Group (London) to lead and support multi-workstream consulting engagements across front office, risk, finance, operations and technology. The role focuses on program planning, delivery, governance, and stakeholder collaboration to drive strategic initiatives to completion.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage delivery of a wide range of tasks and initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support high quality, multi-workstream consulting engagements within ISG including front office, risk, finance, operations and technology.
• Partner with BSG leadership and stakeholders on all stages of program planning and execution to ensure deadlines are met and assist with risk/issue resolution.
• Assist in the production and coordination of presentations and collateral for senior management.
• Support change management, process enhancements, control, and governance initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders and tech, operations, finance and risk teams to diagnose issues and develop actionable resolutions.
• Help track engagement economics, staffing, budgets and performance metrics.
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance culture.
