Job summary

Computacenter is seeking an experienced Technology Sourcing professional to maintain and improve customer contribution across complex GTS contracts. You will provide high-level expertise, manage P&L to protect margins, lead cost-saving projects, and act as a senior escalation point for sourcing issues.

Qualifications

• Willingness to become subject matter expert in technology sourcing.
• Experience in Channel/Reseller/VAR industry.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Commercially astute with understanding of supplier contracts.
• Experience in managing supplier contracts and analyzing supplier financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level expertise within specialist area to peers, customers and direct reports.
• Manage P&L to maintain margins in line with customer agreements and create value-added activities.
• Lead projects to maximise contribution and minimise costs.
• Act as escalation point on complex technology sourcing issues for GTS areas.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure best-practice delivery and high service levels.
• Establish relationships at Senior Management level and maintain internal and external networks.
• Maintain confidentiality in all business-related matters.
• Demonstrate data analytics skills using Excel and Computacenter systems.
• Develop and implement process improvements and contribute to business strategy.
