Qualifications

Experience sourcing talent at scale for niche, specialist, or hard-to-fill roles.
Proven ability to source across multiple seniorities and skill sets.
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and alternative channels.

Responsibilities

Identify, assess, and build pipelines of passive candidates for niche, specialist, and hard-to-fill roles.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, candidate databases, AI-enabled tools, and alternative channels to engage qualified talent at scale.
Act as a sourcing partner to recruiters and hiring managers by advising on talent availability and market trends.
Develop and test creative sourcing strategies and talent maps to uncover new candidate pools.
Maintain CRM by growing and managing candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial outreach and screening of candidates, assessing qualifications and fit.
Use funnel metrics and market intelligence to track progress and inform prioritisation against KPIs.
