Job summary

Waddington Brown HR Recruitment in Essex is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & Learning Advisor to join its People & Culture team onsite. You will play a key role in delivering a candidate‑focused recruitment service across the business and support the delivery of training programmes.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage the full recruitment cycle from screening to interviews, and help organize development activities with the L&D partner.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with full 180 recruitment cycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in recruitment and learning.
• Self-starter and able to work independently.
• Capable of adapting recruitment activity to changing resourcing needs.
• Experience in learning & development would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to understand recruitment requirements and attract talent.
• Manage recruitment stages from reviewing applications to interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and hiring managers informed.
• Support selection through interview feedback, references and offers.
• Assist the L&D Business Partner in organizing and delivering learning programmes.
• Coordinate training with internal teams and external providers.
