Job summary

Dalkia UK seeks an experienced Supply Chain Strategist to strengthen our UK market-facing capabilities across healthcare, nuclear, defence, and life sciences. The role focuses on capacity, capability, and geographic reach to deliver an expanding pipeline and to build strategic partnerships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within UK MEP contracting, construction, engineering or infrastructure.
• Proven track record in supply chain development, procurement, preconstruction, commercial management or operational leadership.
• Strong understanding of the specialist trade contractor and subcontractor markets.
• Experience building strategic supplier partnerships that last.
• Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
• Experience supporting major public sector projects and frameworks.
• Knowledge of NHS procurement and healthcare construction.
• Experience within Defence, Nuclear or other highly regulated industries.
• Understanding of security-cleared environments.
• Experience with framework agreements and alliance contracting models.
• Familiarity with modern methods of construction, digital construction and offsite manufacturing.
