Job summary

TEAM is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to keep materials arriving on time and production running smoothly. You will manage purchase orders, monitor stock levels and collaborate with suppliers, warehouse and production teams to avoid shortages and delays.

You will also analyse data in Excel, maintain records and support demand forecasting, continuously looking for ways to reduce costs and improve service levels as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or inventory management.
• Experience managing purchase orders and stock levels, and communicating with suppliers.
• Strong Excel skills are required.
• Familiarity with ERP or MRP/inventory management systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of stock planning, demand forecasting or import/export procedures is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Raise and track purchase orders to ensure timely materials for production.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning.
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, lead times and deliveries.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production and logistics teams to keep goods moving.
• Maintain records, monitor supplier performance and report on stock availability and delivery performance.
• Support demand forecasting and identify cost-saving and process improvements.
