Qualifications

• Essential degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Significant commercial management experience within infrastructure or civil projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and work packages.

Responsibilities

• Take overall commercial and performance responsibility for multiple subcontract packages from procurement through final account.
• Maintain cost reports and provide consolidated commercial reporting.
• Lead and support subcontract negotiations to achieve best value and risk allocation.
