Job summary

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is seeking a proficient Stakeholder Relations Manager to strengthen relationships across the legal sector and support the delivery of strategic objectives. The role sits within the Communications and External Affairs team and reports to the Director of External Affairs.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and manage effective relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Experience developing and delivering stakeholder engagement plans, events and activities.
• Effective planning, prioritisation and digital skills in podcasts and webinars production.
• Robust influencing, relationship-management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse stakeholder insight and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven organisational, planning and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key external stakeholders, sector bodies and partner organisations.
• Support delivery of strategic objectives through stakeholder engagement activities.
• Provide insight into stakeholder priorities and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Coordinate and deliver engagement events and digital content such as podcasts/webinars.
