Job summary

Murphy in Alness seeks a Stakeholder & Governance Manager to lead the Energy Team on the SSE ASTI Framework. You will drive stakeholder engagement, governance, and communications across the framework, aligning with contract objectives and budgets.

You will develop social value, communications, and sustainability strategies while leading teams and building strong client and community relationships throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering internal and external stakeholder strategies and governance plans.
• Proven leadership in stakeholder, communications, governance, or project management.
• Relevant qualification: HNC/HND, NVQ5, Degree.
• Experience in complex, multi-disciplinary projects in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of Stakeholder & Governance function meeting contractual, budget, and Murphy standards.
• Set standard for stakeholder engagement, governance, and communication across the framework.
• Develop stakeholder, social value, communications, and sustainability strategies.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities and manage proactively.
• Ensure governance activities align with project programmes and milestones.
• Provide leadership to Social Value, Stakeholder Engagement, Communications, and Sustainability teams.
• Build client, community, and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Governance arrangements and reporting structures to support framework delivery.
• Drive alignment between project teams, clients, regulators, and external stakeholders.
• Resolve day-to-day operational challenges with the Operations Manager.
