Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a world-leading engineering projects business in Harwell, Oxfordshire. This role is four days onsite per week and reports to the operations director, leading a team of buyers and shaping the SC roadmap to support current programmes and future growth.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, finance and operations, driving a resilient and commercially effective supply chain across the UK and internationally where required.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in supply chain/procurement.
• Experience in regulated engineering sectors (space/aerospace/defense).
• Proven track record in managing and developing procurement/supply chain teams.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and KPI development.
• Procurement qualifications such as CIPS/MCIPS Level 6.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the UK procurement function and SC roadmap.
• Work with engineering, quality, finance and operations to ensure robust supply chain.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Represent procurement on cross-functional initiatives and supplier relationships.
