Job summary

Arabelle Solutions in Rugby is seeking a Sourcing Specialist - Buying/Procurement to develop and manage a high-value supply chain, ensuring quality, cost and time targets are met for strategic projects.

You will negotiate terms, manage vendors, coordinate supplier qualification with Quality & Engineering, identify alternate sources and mitigate risks, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at senior levels. Travel to UK-based suppliers is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable years of transactional sourcing and procurement experience.
• In-depth experience in high-value and complex projects.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills; communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate/manage terms and conditions, handle claims and vendor recovery.
• Order fulfilment tasks to ensure material on-time delivery; invoicing.
• Expedite and coordinate supplier/product qualification with Quality & Engineering.
• Develop alternate sources and risk mitigation plans for single/sole sources.
• Identify value-adding opportunities and maintain supplier relationships with senior stakeholders.
