Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Strategic Solutions Manager to lead multi-product customer pursuits across Lead Logistics and Integrated Logistics. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams from Product, Commercial, Technology and Operations to design integrated solutions that deliver long-term value for customers.

Location: East Midlands Gateway (onsite)At Maersk, we're transforming global supply chains through integrated logistics solutions that connect products, technology, transportation, warehousing and operational expertise.We are looking for a Strategic Solutions Manager to lead the development and coordination of complex, multi-product customer pursuits across our Lead Logistics and Integrated Logistics business.This role sits at the heart of strategic solution development, bringing together stakeholders from Product, Commercial, Technology and Operations to design integrated customer solutions that deliver long-term value and commercial success.If you thrive in complex environments, enjoy leading cross-functional initiatives and have a passion for supply chain transformation, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingLead strategic customer pursuits from qualification through to proposal submission and contract award.Establish governance structures, pursuit plans, milestones and deliverables for complex opportunities.Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders across functions and geographies.Facilitate the development of integrated end-to-end logistics solutions spanning transportation, warehousing, technology and control tower capabilities.Consolidate inputs from multiple teams into a single customer-focused solution.Act as the primary orchestrator between Product, Commercial, Operations, Technology and customer-facing teams.Drive decision making, issue resolution and executive stakeholder alignment.Coordinate pricing activities and support business case development.Ensure alignment between solution design, operational assumptions and commercial proposals.Manage risks, dependencies and resource requirements throughout the pursuit lifecycle.Provide executive reporting and governance updates.Capture lessons learned and improve future solution development practices.What We're Looking For10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, solution development, programme management, consulting or related environments.Experience leading complex cross-functional projects, programmes or customer pursuits.Strong understanding of integrated logistics, transportation operations and supply chain design.Experience influencing and coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions and regions.Commercial awareness with exposure to pricing, solution costing and business case development.Ability to operate effectively within fast-moving and evolving environments.Ideally You'll Also BringExperience within Lead Logistics, 4PL, Control Tower or Integrated Logistics environments.Exposure to transportation management, warehousing, forwarding and supply chain technology solutions.Experience supporting large customer bids, pursuits or tenders.Project or programme management training or certifications.Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
