Job summary

Saga Plc is actively seeking a Solution Architect to define end-to-end architectures that align with business objectives and technology strategy. You will produce artefacts, assess risks and guide design decisions to ensure secure, scalable solutions across the portfolio.

Applicants should bring experience with TOGAF, Azure, and DevOps tooling, and be capable of translating complex concepts for diverse audiences. A hybrid working model with offices in Folkestone and London is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering quality technical designs on time and to an appropriate level of detail.
• Architectural experience within regulated industries is desirable, but learning potential is welcomed.
• Experience in technical analysis of complex systems and in applying EA frameworks (TOGAF).

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain solution architecture artefacts, including high-level and detailed designs, integration patterns, data flows and deployment models.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, supportable and cost-effective throughout their lifecycle.
• Review and approve solution designs through governance and assurance processes.
• Identify, assess and manage architecture risks, assumptions, dependencies and technical constraints.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture frameworks, governance processes and standards.
