Job summary

Ceres Power Holdings Plc is seeking a Site Planner to create and maintain efficient production schedules that align with customer demand and inventory targets. You will collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, projects and sales to ensure materials are available and production stays on time.

Using ERP, MRP and MES systems, you will generate work orders, monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and support maintenance planning to optimise site delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong IT, organizational and time management skills.
• Able to analyse data and make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, projects and sales.
• Ensure materials and components are available for on-time production.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules for delays or changes.
• Utilise ERP, MRP, and MES systems to manage planning data and work orders.
• Support CMMS-based maintenance planning and alignment with equipment availability.
