Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a shared services environment.
• Proven record of improving processes and implementing system enhancements.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Shared Services reporting function.
• Ensure accuracy in month-end close processes and external reporting.
• Manage tax reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Skills

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

Strong technical accounting background

5 years' experience leading a shared services team

Proven track record of process improvement

Experience with multi-site financial operations

Hands-on experience with ERP systems

Advanced Excel skills

Strong analytical skills
