Job summary

TEKEVER is seeking a Senior Buyer to lead source-to-contract activity for direct spend, shaping commercially intelligent strategies and supplier partnerships. You will review current processes, bring ideas, and help shape future procurement and supply chain strategy.

Experience in engineering, manufacturing or related technical services is advantageous; transferable procurement backgrounds are welcome. Remote/hybrid working is offered within a dynamic, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading direct procurement categories and sourcing strategies.
• Proven track record in high-value contract negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Challenge specifications to enable efficient sourcing and value.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and draft contracts/SLAs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for direct spend categories.
• Coaching and development of procurement team members.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and finance to align sourcing with business needs.
• Identify opportunities for cost, quality and delivery improvements.
