Charter Trust Company invites applications for an experienced SEND leader to oversee the Trust's SEND provision. The initial deployment is at Lyndhurst Primary School to build leadership capacity before extending across the Trust.

You will work closely with headteachers, senior leaders and SENDCos to drive inclusion, quality SEND processes and school improvement, ensuring strong outcomes for every child.

Qualifications

• Is a qualified teacher and qualified SENDCo.
• Has a strong track record of improving outcomes for pupils with SEND.
• Can lead strategically whilst remaining grounded in practice.
• Has excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Can build strong relationships with school leaders, families and external agencies.
• Is passionate about inclusion and achieving the best outcomes for every child.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert leadership and strategic direction for SEND.
• Support schools in developing inclusive and effective practice.
• Lead and quality-assure statutory SEND processes.
• Coach and develop SEND leaders across the Trust.
• Contribute to school improvement and inspection readiness.
• Ensure pupils with SEND receive the support they need to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
