Job summary

Birchman seeks an experienced SAP Solutions Architect to lead the design and governance of end-to-end SAP business solutions across client engagements. The role spans SAP S/4HANA, BTP, SAC, IBP, and more, ensuring strategic alignment, scalability, and measurable business outcomes.

The Architect bridges client stakeholders and SAP solution teams, driving governance and guiding multi-disciplinary design workstreams through discovery, design, and delivery in a hybrid UK-based environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP consulting, solution architecture, or transformation experience.
• Experience delivering large SAP transformation programmes.
• Ability to map business objectives to SAP-enabled designs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall SAP solution architecture across programmes.
• Coordinate designs across SAP domains to ensure coherence.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders and lead workshops.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant SAP solutions.
• Guide solution teams through discovery, design, and build phases.
