Job summary

Intuition IT – Intuitive Technology Recruitment is seeking a SAP HR & Payroll expert to influence strategy and delivery across SAP HCM, Payroll and SuccessFactors.

You will partner with HR and senior stakeholders to design, configure and assure end-to-end SAP HR solutions, and drive continuous improvement across the SAP landscape.

This role combines hands-on functional leadership with strategic advisory, shaping roadmaps and delivery outcomes in a modern SAP environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SAP HCM and Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central configuration.
• Experience supporting enterprise HR and payroll transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration and assurance activities across SAP HR and Payroll initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and senior stakeholders to develop value-driven SAP solutions.
• Shape SAP roadmaps and technology strategies to support long-term objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and user experience in SAP environments.
