Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to join the UK/EEA Commercial team. You will partner with Commercial Leadership to deliver data-driven insights on trends and productivity, support revenue forecasting, and contribute to GTM initiatives.

You will operationalize commercial strategy by optimizing processes and leading cross-functional projects, bridging data, strategy, and execution with a 2–4 year track record in fast-growth settings.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Management Consulting or Revenue/Business Operations at a high-growth startup.
• Analytical mindset with ability to manipulate large datasets and derive insights.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate analysis into commercial actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence leadership decisions.
• Collaborative mindset; comfortable leading cross-functional projects with executives.
• Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment; able to navigate ambiguity.
• Advantageous: experience with sales forecasting, territory planning, customer journey mapping, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the numbers using Salesforce, Looker, SQL and AI-enabled tools; build dashboards and track KPIs.
• Support revenue forecasting cadence and pipeline management with data hygiene and accuracy.
• Provide reporting and deep-dive insights to inform leadership decisions.
• Assist in delivering GTM initiatives like territory planning, verticalization, and segmentation.
• Map the customer journey and identify process bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
