Job summary

Kennedy Pearce Consulting seeks a Reporting Finance Manager to join a global, permanent team. The role oversees production of trading and performance reporting, budget and forecast modelling, and development of management dashboards to drive insight for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with advanced Excel and SQL skills, strong analytical capability, and experience leading a small team to deliver accurate, timely financial information.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong commercial finance experience.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
• Experience creating dashboards with BI tools.
• Ability to manipulate large datasets for decision-making.
• Understanding of reporting automation and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver period-end trading reports and standardised performance packs.
• Prepare weekly financial reporting including KPI analysis across commercial and operational measures.
• Develop and maintain budget and forecast models with commercial assumptions.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to improve visibility of financial and commercial performance.
• Produce financial content and analysis for Interim and Full Year announcements.
• Line manage one analyst and provide direction and coaching.
• Central contact for FP&A and Head of Investor Relations for sales performance queries.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through performance analysis.
