Job summary

A leading HR technology business is seeking a Payroll / HR Implementation Consultant to lead the delivery of payroll and HR system implementations. As part of a collaborative team, you will gather requirements, configure systems, and provide training to clients while ensuring smooth project execution. Ideal candidates should have a proven track record in implementing similar systems such as Workday or SAP and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a fully remote position based in the UK with a salary range of £50-55,000.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing Payroll & / or HR systems.
• Strong ability to lead workshops and configure systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
