The Strategic Relationship Manager role requires a self‑motivated individual who is committed to managing and executing our customer retention strategy. Operating within the Verizon Business group in EMEA, your focus will be on building strong working relationships with our current customers in order to maximize the value of the partnership we have. This will help ensure we maximize the opportunity for extension of business agreements already in place. The client experience will be in your hands as you engage with existing customers to drive customer success and protect our revenue base.
You enjoy digging deeply to understand pain points, needs and their key business and market challenges. You enjoy challenging yourself to achieve specific outcomes and executing projects to win customer business. You constantly look for solutions to challenges wherever you can, and enjoy collaborating with others. You’re not afraid of ambiguity and like to close and renew sales contracts within a set of outlined deal architecture standards. You love to work in a team and are dedicated to contributing strong results to achieve team targets.
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
