Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in recruitment, executive search, staffing, business development, or sales.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and recruitment delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new business opportunities across Singapore by identifying potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and business development activities to promote recruitment solutions.
• Attend events to expand networks and generate opportunities.
• Understand clients’ workforce requirements and tailor recruitment solutions.
• Manage recruitment process from job requirements to placement.
• Source candidates through portals, networks, referrals, and headhunting.
• Screen candidates to match client requirements.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
• Negotiate offers and onboarding between clients and candidates.
• Maintain communication to ensure positive experience.
• Meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account growth.
• Keep up with market trends and salary movements.
