Qualifications

• Degree 2:1 or above in a related business or analytical subject such as finance, business management, real estate, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, science or engineering.
• IT literate with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint at advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Gather, compile, investigate and analyze market data to identify investment opportunities and develop research sources.
• Prepare analysis of investment management initiatives, including detailed DCF models.
• Monitor performance and deliver KPIs on leasing, income, expenses and returns.
• Support reporting to internal and external partners with timely, accurate information.
• Assist in mobilizing new assets and portfolios into the business.
