A leading consulting firm seeks a Quantity Surveyor to join their new hospitality division in London. You will assist the commercial and construction teams in delivering a £32m hotel refurbishment project. Responsibilities include implementing commercial strategies, preparing tenders, and managing site records. A Quantity Surveying Degree is essential, and the salary ranges from £50,000 to £75,000 plus package based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement commercial strategy
• Support the SQS & MQS commercial functions
• Prepare tenders and select subcontractors
• Conduct site records and document control
• Assist in financial & commercial management
• Prepare and submit valuations
• Update projected Final Account
• Liaise with site management team
• Protect JSS commercial entitlement
• Review risk and opportunity
• Understand insurances and warranties
• Ensure good cash management
• Manage AQS & TQS responsibilities
