About Our Client

Job
  • Provide expert strategic property advice to senior leadership and service areas
  • Support the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of the Council's Corporate Property Strategy
  • Lead on strategic asset reviews, property evaluations, and optimisation projects
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure property solutions meet service needs
  • Oversee key workstreams relating to acquisitions, disposals, lease management, and asset planning
  • Ensure property decisions align with legislation, best practice, and value-for-money principles
  • Contribute to long-term planning, service transformation initiatives, and corporate projects
The Successful Applicant
  • We are looking for a professional who is:
  • A qualified Property Surveyor (MRICS preferred or equivalent experience)
  • Skilled in strategic asset management and informed decision-making
  • Confident advising senior stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly
  • Experienced in managing public sector, commercial, or mixed-use property portfolios
