Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a Main Contractor environment is required.
• Proficient in Excel and estimating software is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with design, planning and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in generating tenders by estimating costs and resources for projects.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to minimise costs and maximise profit.
• Contribute to tender assessment, preparation and submission with design, planning and commercial teams.
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers, consultants and suppliers during the tender process.
• Provide regular reports and forecasts to support decision-making.
