Job summary

A leading financial services organization in Greater London is looking for a Project Manager to drive change initiatives within Customer Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects in line with governance standards while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders. Strong financial acumen, risk management experience, and proficiency in project management methodologies are essential. Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering projects from inception to closure using recognised project delivery methodology.
  • Strong financial acumen with an understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Experience of risk management with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • A working knowledge of governance, standards, and controls.
  • Experience of planning and schedule management using MSP.
  • Strong IT skills including knowledge of the full Microsoft suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of Change & Project Management Principles.
  • Prince2 or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver sustainable, tactical, strategic and transformation change across Customer Operations.
  • Accountable for delivery in accordance with governance and standards.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across Senior Stakeholders.
  • Measure, analyze and report on project metrics.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
