Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience delivering strategic initiatives in small/medium businesses.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to build compelling business cases.
• Ability to lead and facilitate discussions in groups of various sizes.
• Experience with executive-level communications and presentations.
• Proactive risk identification, planning, and escalation.
• Experience in regulated environments is advantageous.

• Define and review project metrics and KPIs.
• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders on progress.
• Ensure clear roles and responsibilities within the project team.
• Regularly review the quality of work to meet standards.
• Nurture cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders.
