Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Project Controller to deliver key elements of projects and contribute to programme delivery. You’ll monitor KPIs, collect data, and provide timely reports while collaborating with project teams across national and international workstreams.

The role supports personal development through mentoring from Technical Leaders and offers exposure to defence, government, and industrial sectors. You will work within a team to produce plans, track schedules, and drive process

Qualifications

Experience supporting large and complex projects.
Strong communication with peers and senior colleagues.
Commercial awareness and organisational understanding.
Logical thinker coordinating multi-faceted project aspects.
Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently.
Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
AWPM and EVM knowledge are desirable.

Responsibilities

Work within established financial procedures to assist in production of basic plans and schedules and monitor financial information.
Contribute to a range of professional assignments to support on-time, quality project delivery.
Collate and interpret data to prepare project plans and schedules.
Analyse data to develop simple recommendations for senior decision-making.
Monitor and evaluate project management processes for improvements.
Complete complex professional tasks prioritising load and policies to support the function.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide advisory support and ensure policy alignment.
