Job description

A newly established Transformation Office and Climate Principles Programme supports the University to deliver step change improvements across a wide range of change initiatives. Managing and embedding this level of change is critical to the effective delivery of the University's vision. The Transformation Office is tasked with leading and managing these changes and we rely on high quality administration at the heart of our work.

Working within the programme, you will help support the delivery of projects and principles undertaking a wide variety of tasks including: diary management and administration support for members of the programme team; organising meetings, workshops and events; preparing agendas and minutes; communicating with stakeholders; and maintaining key project documentation.

You will have a proven track record of providing excellent administrative support to a busy team combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be flexible and well‑organised with an ability to deal with competing priorities and deadlines.

Please note that due to Home Office visa requirements, this role is not suitable for first‑time Skilled Worker visa applicants. Information on other visa options is available at: https://www.gov.uk/browse/visas-immigration/work-visas
