Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs across global procurement, including demand-to-pay transformations and supplier partnerships
• Drive cost transformation initiatives and major negotiations with a hands-on leadership style
• Provide cross-functional program leadership across multi-workstream projects
• Co-create market-first solutions and drive data-driven decision making
• Develop and champion solution frameworks and execution approaches for complex programs
• Advise stakeholders to align strategic direction and co-create solutions
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and a culture of psychological safety
