Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for a major strategic transformation programme, to realise benefits.
• Develop and secure confidence in programme strategies, plans, governance structures and delivery approaches.
• Lead engagement with senior stakeholders including government bodies, funders, executives and strategic partners.
• Manage substantial programme budgets and ensure investment delivers measurable value and long-term benefits.
• Oversee programme governance, assurance, risk management and executive reporting.
